ClientReady ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting the privacy of our users and their clients. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly: your name, email address, firm name, and billing information. For your clients, we store names, email addresses, and phone numbers that you provide.

Documents uploaded by your clients are stored in private application storage with access controls. Certain application fields are encrypted before they are written to the database. We do not access, read, or analyze the contents of uploaded documents except as needed to operate the service.

How We Use Information

We use your information to provide and improve our service, process payments, send document request notifications and reminders, and communicate with you about your account.

Data Security

We use HTTPS for the public application, signed access controls for document delivery, and application-level encryption for selected sensitive fields. Uploaded files are stored in private application storage and are only accessible to authorized users or valid portal links.

Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you need data deleted, exported, or corrected, contact us using the address below and we will handle the request through our support process.

Third-Party Services

ClientReady relies on third-party providers to operate the service, including hosting and infrastructure providers, PostgreSQL database hosting on the application server, email delivery, payment processing through Stripe, and optional integrations such as Google Drive export. We share only the minimum information necessary for those providers to perform their functions. A current processor inventory is maintained in our operational documentation.

Your Choices

You can update account details, firm settings, branding, and notification preferences from within the application. Requests for access, export, correction, or deletion are handled through support today. If you need help with data associated with your account, contact us using the address below.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time as the product evolves or legal requirements change. When we make material updates, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page.
